Mixue Kota Masai — Restaurant in Johor

Waiting time is quite long even if there are 5-6 staffs in store. But the waiting time is worth it when the drinks are good and affordable. Some of the staffs are friendly and took time to clarify our order to avoid any mistake.

I don't often complain a shop, but the service in this shop really made me feel disgusting and dissatisfied. I stood in front of the counter for so long like an idxot, the 3 waitress nearby the counter didn’t notify me that they stopped order for awhile, they didn't even wanna look at me, like I’m transparent and even ignore me few times when I approach them.
