Its actually called the Yong Peng Cinema Laksa. Reason being this complex actually houses the cinema years ago.
Helmed by a couple of husband &wife, this stall sells only laksa (or curry noodles), that's it. They also have a side dish called clear soup, which is just blanched plain noodles. (I didn't try that...)
I ordered a thin bee hoon laksa, just an ordinary version to see what their usual laksa the locals eat here tasted like.
The taste was slightly on the lemak (coconut milky) side. Gravy was thick, and not spicy. For extra spice-kick, you could throw in some chilli powder they have on every table. The ingredients were plentiful. Fish cake, taupok,meat, etc. Smells great....
Price has increased nominally , probably due to inflation. However, still reasonable to me.
Service was great, husband n wife friendly and chatty. Offered help for us finding directions.

🌬️ Atmosphere: Typical warn kopitiam atmosphere, sometimes accompanied by the friendly neighbourhood dogs.
✨ Cleanliness: Clean-ish. Cutleries are given with a bowl of piping hot water for you to sterilise them in. Don't expect 5 star cleanliness rating (flies can be a nuisance sometimes).
