KFC Lotus's Kulai — Restaurant in Johor

Well. Im dissatisfying with the replied from grab management (pavit koonoo). First of all i would like to complain about the order that i made. I ordered at apps is hot & spicy chicken but at the end why kfc gave me original flavour chicken for me? I did mention to the staff kfc about the chicken part of thigh. And the staff said will mixx up. But end up giving 7/9 of chicken breast. Im understanding that couldn't gave all thigh in a box but at least please give approximately half.

Above are the complian that make me dissatisfied. Its make my lunch suck! Never and ever ordering kfc at grab apps anymore.

Very very slow service. Waited 30 minutes in queue. At 8pm. No person at counter. Its so obvious the queue is long but the manager seems to be closing the restaurant. Cleaning up the space. Not frying anymore chicken. At 840pm.food is finished. The peeps behind who queue for 30 minutes queued for nothing... Cos they were told no food left. And the signage open till 10pm. Pls avoid this...

Slow service, always make the customer wait. Foods are ok but the fries are soggy. No other form of payments, only take cash. No napkins, no sauce given when ordering take away. Need to ask for it yourself....
