KFC Senai Airport — Restaurant in Johor

Worst ever KFC experience that I have encountered. Drinks served not according to order, they are even lazy to check their own inventory. Took 4-5 min to change me a drink. Did not even give me an alternative until I say so. Even after getting the drinks it still doesn't taste right. Menu on self service does not have the full menu on it. But still can order at counter. Weird. Chicken tasted like shreded, muddy and left quite some time, doesn't have spice taste. Rice dry. Coselow tasted like it had been kept for quite some time. Not Fresh. Even have flies accompany me...

The worst KFC outlet ever, based on my personal experience. Went there at 10.45 am and was informed that the outlet is not yet opened. Went there again the same day at 4.30 pm , and was told by the same staff they they only allowed take away. When I asked why, she said the staff is already started cleaning the premise even though I could see there are plenty of fried chicken left on the tray. I thot the operating hours is fixed by the management but to my dismay it is fixed by the rude staff. What an embarassment...

I was order from foodpanda.
