McDonald's BHP Plentong DT — Restaurant in Johor

On12/5/2025 around 11.50pm i went to order nasi lemak and burgers through drive thru but they told me they out of chicken and i order something else that is ice cream and orange juice, and the same thing they told me “we don’t have those too”. I said it’s okey and thank you as well. I was very confused why all of the sudden they told me they out of nasi lemak, and so more. So i tried to order in Macdonald App, guess what! They have Nasi Lemak all of the sudden, i made an order around 11.55pm and went directly to the store to pick it up and i asked the staffs why they told me that those food is out finish few minutes ago and after few minutes they have it. They gave me some stupid reasons and i was pissed off and complained to the manager but to be honest i don’t think they gonna take action for this type of staffs. I am really disappointed with their service and moreover they are so rude and racist as well! Hope...

We won’t be visiting this place again. The items were incomplete, and the food was served cold. The ice cream, in particular, was a major letdown — poor quality and significantly smaller portions.

What’s worse, when we ordered from Sundae Co, they didn’t even inform us that there were no proper cups available. They just used a plastic lid without asking or explaining. That’s really irresponsible — the lid was so shallow that nearly half of the ice cream was missing.

We also ordered the Milo ice cream, which cost over RM6, and it was even worse — just two bites and it was basically gone.

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience with a McDonald’s Sundae Choc. Compared to other branches, this one was shockingly subpar. As shown in the attached photo, the portion was less than half a cup—completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the staff had a very poor attitude. I also ordered a small cone, and the staff member held the cone by the biscuit base with their bare hand—totally unhygienic. How is a customer supposed to eat that?

When I asked why the sundae portion was so small, I was told, “That’s just how it is.” This level of service and food quality is far below what I expect from McDonald’s. I hope this matter will be...
