The service attitude of this staff is suck as hell, I would like to ask if this is how mcd train their staff? I’m asking for a paper plate only and she asked me to wait. I waited and looked at her done preparing two dine in orders and one take away order, then she continue to go to the back and start preparing other take away orders, taking two set of fries and the drinks. The problem here is the paper plate was hand reachable distance from the counter and she try to act stupid and purposely do things slowly and let me wait, don’t even dare to look at me while she is acting stupid. I suggest Mcd look into this matter seriously, if your staff don’t know how to work in a service industry with a correct attitude, please change someone who fit in this position. As I what I understand, someone who is in this uniform is a customer service position in Mcd. Read moreI placed an order using the McDonald's delivery app, but one item was missing (Spicy Chicken). When I tried to contact customer service, it was very difficult to get through. Only after I called the HQ did they finally return my call.
The whole point of ordering delivery is convenience, but when there’s a missing item, they asked me to come and pick it up. That defeats the purpose of delivery.
On my second order (via Shopee Food delivery), I added a note asking them to include the missing item from yesterday. Instead of replacing it with the correct item, they only gave me a burger. The problem is, I still haven’t received the original missing item. It’s fine if they replaced it with a chicken burger, but technically, I still have the right to claim the original order.
In conclusion, please be more alert when preparing orders, especially for delivery food. Why should a customer who paid for delivery be told to pick up...
Read moreThe limited free gifts for Happy Meal I wanted have finished, but the staffs didn't update in their panel (other sold out patterns were updated). Came a long way & waited a long time (very long queue), only realised they are out of stock.. There are limited staffs and they are all busy so I didn't disturb them to ask beforehand. I didn't really like the Happy Meals but bought 2 sets and wasted. The toys I got I just left there and gave to other customers who are interested to take.
I also notice one of the staffs picked up the receipt that fell on the floor & put inside a customer's takeaway order paper bag with food inside. Not sure if all the food inside were covered but still it was...
