McDonald's Petronas Skudai DT — Restaurant in Johor

Ordered a few items (Burger x1, Fries x1, McCafe Cappuccino x1, Apple Pie x2, Chicken Nugget x6, Barbecue sauce x1) via Drive-Thru. The Drive-Thru staff passed me some items, took my receipt and told me to wait in front for the McCafe Cappuccino. while waiting, checked my paper bag: Apple Pie x1, Barbecue sauce x1, and Chilli sauce were missing. I thought they will bring it later with the drink. waited for 10 mins. The staff kept going to many other cars except mine. Hollered the staff and queried about my items. The staff went in and came back to me asking what are the missing items again. Then the staff went in and was nowhere to be seen for another few mins. finally, another staff came to pass me my coffee and items. When asked why it took almost 20 mins of waiting for a Drive-Thru order, the staff mentioned that the McCafe machine was giving some problems.

Dear staff, please communicate with your customers. We would not mind a genuine delay. Nonetheless, please improve...

I won't give the star.. Just because the restaurant just near to my house, i came here always got problem.. Normally i will just order by drive thru.. Always put my order upsize.. Never asked for a big set, but the staff always giving me upsize.. When reach to the counter the bills was so expensive and they said it is a big size.. But the customer never mentioned to get a big size.. Never asked customer for the upsize and always put it in the bill for upsize.. Please ask ur customer if they want to upsize or not.. If they have to VOID YHE ORDER, their face changes like that is our fault.. Today went to the restaurant for the porridge for my son (he's having a fever) and i ordered 2pcs hotcakes for mine (set).. This dri-tru McDonald's is just opposite the main road to Taman Pelangi. Next to it is Petronas petrol station. Before you can walk in you will find a mini Market that's open 24 hours. The petrol station and McDonald's are also open 24 hours. You can drive to the station and to the dri-tru to have your burger. Behind the McDonald's is a housing area. Taman Tun Aminah is a drive away. All of the areas are factories. The shop is just next to a beautiful garden and you can see it while having your fast food. This store operates every day. Shop is clean and beautiful. It has a L shape sitting. It is air conditioning and no open air. TV is there. Music is good. Free WiFi. Free parking and the place is big.
