It took me about 25 minutes’ drive from CIQ to reach this eatery.
I went for the original white version of the noodles. Pleasantly, there was no trace of that usual alkaline smell. The noodles were soft and easy to bite - though I personally prefer them a little firmer, al dente style.
The dish comes as it is, unless you would like to enhance it with extra ingredients - which, of course, also means a saltier flavour. (You can’t fault them if decided to add more mince meat).
The wanton soup reminded me of simple home-cooked meals: light, comforting, with a generous touch of condiments. The dumplings themselves were on the smaller side, with not much filling inside.
