Baskin-Robbins @ Shell Bangi — Restaurant in Kajang Municipal Council

Baskin Robbins is so good but however i want to give a really REALLY bad review regarding the staff there. Me and my mother went there on 25/9/2025 around 4pm and there was only 1 woman staff that was settling other orders. However, she didn't greet us and she took too much time to settle other orders. I would not mind waiting but however she also took too long to complete my order which is tiramisu blast (drink). My mother was waiting to order her ice cream and then came another staff (male) which he gave my mother false info. My mother wanted to order an ice cream in a cone and he told my mother that the ice cream will not fit in the cone. Came another customer and the other customer ordered the exact cone that my mother wanted. PLEASE FIX UR STAFF ATTITUDE YA, give them proper training about customer service since kids these days lack some common sense regarding this matter. We are a paying customer and would love to have a better experience...

Simple gesture really goes a long way! Used to buy bags of ice cream here every 31st. This is the first time I had someone from the shop helped me to bring the bags to my car. Never once it occurred to me someone should help (I usually just make 2 trips from shop to car) but it felt really2 nice to have the help so Kudos to the male staff who voluntarily lend your hand. Went here for the 31% discount on handpacked ice cream promotion. The photo of bunting I shared are the months when the promotion is available. This BR is open at 9 am today not sure when it closes and not sure if they are open this early everyday. Went here at 8.55 am because I know today will be very crowded if I come later. There was even another customer who was as early as I was. I was not able to pay with card because their system isn't updated yet at that hour. Thankfully atm was only a few steps away so all was good.
