Yesterday i ordered Spaghetti Carbonara with Crispy Chicken. The carbonara sauce was good and rich of flavour. But somehow it may become a bit monotonous after a few bites. Maybe you can improve it by adding chili flakes or other spices to infuse some spiciness could help counterbalance the richness. While the chicken portion is generous. I think you can consider offering a grilled chicken alternative to pair with the carbonara might be an excellent addition, as the crispy chicken tends to lose its crunch when soaked in the sauce. I would rate this dish 7/10.

On the other hand, the Spaghetti Salted Egg Squid was absolutely good. Delightful and consistent salted egg flavor and mild spiciness in every bite, accompanied by a generous serving of tender calamari. The only minor drawback is that the salted egg sauce leans slightly towards sweetness. A reduction in the sweetness of the sauce would likely enhance the overall experience. I'd give this dish a solid 9/10.

The Grilled Chicken Aglio Olio features a generous chicken fillet. It's an overall decent choice, packed with herbs that infuse the dish with intense flavors. While some may find the flavor a touch too strong, it's right to my liking . An 8/10 rating.

This version of Fish and Chips uses breadcrumbs on the fish fillet's exterior, quite different from the classic British Fish and Chips that uses batter that made of flour, cornstarch, baking powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In my opinion, I think would be better if you could use British-style batter for your Fish and Chips. The accompanying tartar sauce and lemon do add a pleasant touch. However, a slightly larger portion of both the fillet and fries would be appreciated. I'd rate it a solid 6/10.

The Classic Chicken Chop offers an ample portion size and a well-balanced taste profile with the classic breadcrumbs outside of the chicken fillet. The black pepper sauce complements the dish nicely with a balanced flavor, resulting in an enjoyable overall flavor. A commendable 8/10 rating.

3 things i want to talk about

Price The price is quite ok, some are affordable, some are expensive. Average price is somewhere around RM10-RM20, which is quite okay if you want to go for a nice place with adorable price.

Food I was quite hyped for the menu before i went to the cafe, but the food honestly is just ok. Nothing too amazing about the food. But its still good, its just lacking something that i cant explain. The least favourite menu that i ordered is the Grilled Chicken Olio. Chicken was great but the pasta is so spicy. I dont mind if its a little spicy because aglio olio can get quite "muak". But its just so spicy that you cant really taste the other flavors on the pasta. Looking on the good side, my favourite menus are the Chicken Butter and Banana Split. The chicken are well cooked, and the butter sauce is great! It would be better if its a little more spicy. Banana Split in Tuah Cafe is heavenly! Lots of banana and the cookie crumbles are so good!

Environment Overall design of the cafe is quite nice. I like the paintings on the wall. Staff are friendly. You also can pay with debit card. Parking are quite easy. If I have something to complain, I cannot really feel the aircond chill inside. And there are many flies too. Thats just not doing for me. But overall, i like the place. Suitable for having a good meal and taking some nice instagram pictures. Will i go there...

Ok, this is my rating based on my online order with Grab Food. Personally I've never been to the actual restaurant, I will one day, and will do a different review on that.

So, I've ordered food and drinks from here quite many times. Overall the food is good. If you're a picky eater, I suggest you go to some high end restaurant. I'm not picky, but I will tell people if the food is delicious or not. So far, all the food I've eaten from here does meet my expectation, and they are delicious.

One thing though, I would love it if my meatballs came with brown sauce instead of black pepper sauce. Take note owner.

The food packaging for take away and deliveries also good. No leaking or anything.

31/10/2022 Update : Last night I decided to have dinner here with my husband, just a simple dinner eating spag bolognese with meatball, some fries, mushroom soup with garlic bread, drinks tasted good, food is good too, my only complaint is, for me, the bolognese sauce is kinda too sweet for my liking. I've added chilli flakes and it does not make the sweetness dissappear at all 😅. Oh well, I'll try other menu next time I'm here. Anyway, it's a...
