I’d like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience:
Phone Contact Issue – The phone number listed for the restaurant doesn’t seem to be updated. It’s been difficult to get in touch, which can be frustrating when trying to place an order or inquire about services.
Lack of Improvement – It feels like there haven’t been many updates or upgrades for regular customers. Service quality and customer care appear to have stagnated, which might be causing frustration among returning patrons.
Staff & Service Experience – The overall atmosphere gives the impression that regular customers are not being valued as they should be. Some staff members seem to be handling situations with impatience or lack of professionalism. It might be helpful to gather feedback from former employees or loyal customers to better understand how the service has changed over time.
A better approach to customer care, clearer communication, and a focus on continuous improvement could really help bring back the great experience this place...
