I always go for their chilli pan mee, it is very addictive and the best one I’ve ever had. The noodles are paired with a soft boiled egg that makes the texture very moist and smooth as opposed to most chilli pan mee from other shops. I used to go for their soup pan mee, the fillings they give are very generous, the soup is flavourful and the hand-torn noodles are chewy. Their wonton mee is also very good, I always get it for my grandma who loves it. The noodles have a different texture, they are very springy; the charsiew is very good and they are also generous with the sauce. The owner is very friendly and he is always very outgoing and helpful. When I first had their chilli pan mee the chilli was very mild, so I would ask him if he could give me more. Later on he would always make sure to give me extra until one day they made adjustments to the chilli that made it spicier. Now it is just nice and I even leave extra chilli unused. One time my pork lard fell on to the table and the owner asked if I didn’t like pork lard. Very alert. 100% recommend, always go there when I can. One thing I would say is I wish they could provide tissue, although they have a basin...
Read moreAccording to the blogger's comment below, I was also there that day, but I didn't expect to see a farce while eating. What I saw was that the female customer called the female boss over and told her loudly and rudely to get the chopsticks. The boss probably heard the customer talking so loudly to his wife and couldn't stand it anymore, so he went over to reason with the customer, but the boss's attitude was also wrong. I think the customer was wrong first, and then the boss got angry. I also think that in the service industry, no matter how wrong the customer's words are, you shouldn't quarrel with the customer. Fortunately, the food here is not bad, the wonton noodles and fried dumplings here are delicious, I can come here often. Don't ask me why I know so clearly, because I was sitting at the counter next door...
Read moreI keep craving for their chilli pan mee after I had it for the first time. It was that good, like an addictive connection you made when u first meet someone and u long to reconnect again.
Their home made noodles are really well done. Some pan mee is a bit too dry but their moist is just right. 👍
My only regret is not taking out some of the dry 🌶 is quite spicy and too much for me to handle.
Overall, it will be one of my top fav chilli pan mee in town.
They say their loh mee is good too. I ll try that...
