Really disappointed for this branch，Im order many time on grab and order for nonsugar drinks but they still put normal sugar in the drinks，they just ignore and proceed with their own recipe then why give us for choosing the sugar level？just a normal remark for the drinks still cant proceeding well ，I really dont know how to say already，even though complain with customer service still give me a response “We are sorry ” and without any refund or compensation .Wasted the money and time at the end is like buy...

the service of this branch is really bad. i came today at 8.30p.m. 28/12 and they don't have any manners in handling customer as they act as if they are in a rush, as if there is a lot of customers. also usually in other branch when a beverage is not allowed an option to have no ice they will suggest to have less ice but this girl cashier make an annoyed face at me and said rudely " tak boleh". i wondered why cant she said nicely by suggesting another option to me as her customer. i will not come back to this...
