Came here for a chance. Tired if blue... Located in factory area. Can be hard to find depend whether your familiar with this area or not. Parking consider easy as there is one parking assistant to guide you. You walk across to the dining area through a small bridge. There are 6 tables located in the pond which needs advance booking. Another 3 tables under the stars and the rest inside the main dining hall. We were lucky to get a table under the stars as the pond dining tables are fully booked. Order using QR. Food took a while to arrived. Pandan water RM10 a jug. On the high side. Friend egg with prawn was ok. The fried kangkung was a total disappointment. Very watery and hardly any leaves. Tasteless. Will not recommend. The. A long wait for the seafood tomyam. We choose the white over red as we wanted less spicy. It turns out only sour and salty. As for the supposed seafood. Only a few prawns and squid. No lala and no fish?? Worst still, prawns not fresh, a lot of dark spot and the meat breakup into pieces when removing the shell. Next the mango salad with anchovies. Also too salty and come in a very small portion. The last dish fried chicken although good but too small portion. Due to the saltiness in all dishes, we have to order another jug of pandan water. Not coming back. A lot of waitress walking around sending food but, when we try to get their attention, most of them just pretend did not see us. A notice was pasted near the cashier, if anyone rated them .... They will get...
Read moreHonest review: don’t get fooled by watching all the viral influencer videos about this place. Our visit here was nothing but a total disappointment. The drink took 30 mins to be served, and the food came 1 hour later. For appetiser, we ordered the Thai mango salad and it was 8/10 and drink was only served after that. The service was very poor as they kept us waiting insanely long and no one came to us to inform about the delay. Steamed fish was served cold(as if it was cooked and was kept in the kitchen area way too long) and the best part, the Tom yum soup was the last dish to be served which took 1.5hours. By then my family had no mood to eat and we just at the rest of the meal. Imagine getting mango pulut before your Tom yum soup( which was bloody darn salty). I would 100% not recommend this spot to anyone. And one I requested the service staff to speak with the manager, a guy from the cashier came and said he’s the PiC as the manager was not in store. I have explained whatever we have gone through and he kept saying sorry without any sense of regret. Bad customer service and bad food is a recipe for disaster in F&B. Get yourself sorted before...
