Just to share my recent experience at your shop dated 13/7 at 1330 hrs. Dear owner, please place a competent staff at your counter. Someone who is able to converse and communicate warmly. Secondly, look at your coffee machine. If you cant’ provide hot drinks, do advise. Look thoroughly at your kitchen cleanliness. Your staff who is preparing coffee busy with handphone. Put the phone aside when there are customers are to be attended....

The customer service here is very bad, workers don’t even want to serve the customers and all have very bad attitude, when asked about a certain flavour of donuts they refused to even answer...

I been here before got foreigner staffs I think from Bangladesh. They are super friendly compared to tonight's staff... she's looking tired, moody and not friendly at all.. But the donuts...
