CHAGEE @ ABC Alor Setar — Restaurant in Kedah

At first ordered Tieguanyin Coconut milk tea then she said out of stock. So decided to change to new drink Lapsang Souchong. Orded NO ICE.. This branch have the high-tech QR reader tea machine.. Supposingly should have no mistake.. But it came out with full ice.. So i nicely told the staff and he promised to make a New one.. But the tea barista bring back my drink and she whispered to that guy no more tea.. And acting like i didnt hear and didnt see, she use a spoon to scoop out the ice and told me its a new drink... I feel if u just told me the truth no one will blame you.. Honesty!!!

Klau dah janji buat minuman baru sebab buat salah, kena la ikhlas dan amanah. Bukan main tipu hantar kat belakang dan buang ais depan mata customer ingat customer main hp tak nampak.. Lepas tu cakap minuman baru dah siap.. Kalau dah tak ada teh bagitau lah terus terang, customer akan memahami.. Paling benci kerja tak Amanah
