USM team stayed here for jelajah aspirasi keluarga malaysia for 5 days. 16 members. We stayed in 1 family suite and 1 family studio.

Overall it is a decent and comfortable place to stay. Safe We have space to park our hilux, van and bus Quite near to city centre

Few points for improvement Some of the TVs are not working Airconditioning in the rooms are not as cold. Only living room airconditions are good. Water pressure is good during early morning and late evening, but quite slow in between of it. Please change the hand bidet to adjustable pressure, at night the pressure is almost as strong as a firetruck hose. Hidden in an housing area and marketed as home stay. It's a fully renovated bungalow house with many rooms. The interior of the hotel is quite homely with much thought put into it. There is a common area where guests can hang out, have drinks meal. However only a study drink vending machine is available and no restaurant. This common area is quite cosy and relaxing. Made a last-minute booking due to heavy traffic on the way back to Penang from Kuala Perlis during the Hari Raya festive season. Appreciated the cleanliness—sheets and bed were spotless. The room was spacious, perfect for kids to move around. Basic facilities provided, including body shampoo and a travel toothbrush set.
