Disappointed with the services. If you wanted to come for breakfast at ezy delites kopitiam, I recommend for you to come at 8am. So you will not wait that long for food. We are totally okay with informed lateness but we cannot stand the issue as the people that come later get the order first. Then I went to the counter she blinked and said I did not order. She informed only two foods not available thus we change them. The waiter herself cancelled our order and did not reconfirm. Such a disgrace! The food was normal taste but i dislike their neglect on customer’s needs. Services is the top priority that makes customer come again if the food are nothing impressive. They should train their waiters. It wont hurt to smile also. 😒 we keep waiting for lontong and people that came 30mins later got the food first. Such a disappointment! The design was all nice weh I dont like to give 2 stars rating also but I will come again to see if they have already improved. Perkataan maaf pun takdak weh...

I recently visited EZY Delites Cafe with my elderly mother & sister and the experience was truly heartwarming. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s attentiveness and kindness stood out. They opened the door for my mother, patiently waited as she walked in, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the visit. Small gestures like these reflect their genuine care for their customers.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly prepared and full of flavor. The reasonable prices made the experience even better.

The food is great, especially Nasi goreng maktok. But i’m really disappointed with my first visit and i wouldn’t want to visit again. I waited for 40 minutes for my grilled chicken meal, and a local guy after me requested to serve his meal first when his order was ordered later than mine. The cafe wasn’t even crowded as it was only 4pm. My grilled chicken was supposed to be served to me, immediately was handed to his table while I saw them doing it in front of me. Somehow felt the unfairness between the service of local malays and myself being a chinese. I had to wait for more than 45 minutes just because someone local requested to have their meal served ASAP when it was supposed to be my meal.
