An absolute a gem of a restaurant. Although it might not like look much from the outside, the food was out of this world. Very hospitable people who made our trip to Langkawi even better! We loved their food so much, we rented a car from Chenang beach to eat here 3 times in our 7 days there (October 2021).
Details: -Their chicken tandoori is well cooked and full of flavor and the chicken tasted fresh. Wit their nasi arab dish, the spices on the side make the rice and chicken the must have dish . -Their cheese naans were very tasty, wish they were bigger. -Their parathas/ aloo and plain are also very authentic Pakistani and had a feeling of being homemade -To top it off their masala tea is 10/10 -Honorable mentions to their beef kebabs, and chicken tikka boti! -Their prices are also very very reasonable
Overall: Finding good food when going on vacation can sometimes be stressful, because you don't know where the locals go to eat good food, and instead are surrounding by restaurants that sell over priced and un-fresh food. We were lucky to Food Paradise and they managed to blow our expectations, and we will ALWAYS go here whenever we go to Langkawi!
Thanks Kashif and the rest of the very friendly and...
Read moreThe restaurant, food, and services are zero. They served us yesterday's food. When we ask when did you make this food. They said they prepared the food at 5 am, a simple question if they prepare the food at 5 am why they start to open the restaurant after 2 pm.
Secondly this restaurant is not open 24 hours, they are cheating people, maybe they are open at night only but not day.
I see the people working there were still sleeping. Two of them woke up at the same time when we reached there. They even did not wash their faces, one of the tall guys came out from the washroom and washed his face in the basin in front of us where we were sitting on the table waiting for food.
They use the same towel to wipe dishes and wipe up the table, spoons etc. its ridiculous.
They re heated food for us in the microwave, what the hell is this. We ordered two different dishes, they served us the same food. No gravy, no salad, when we ask where the gravy is and all, he then cuts onion and puts it on the table.
If you guys are working from evening, please mention specifically we are not open 24/7 and advise the people to start work after bath and all.
Overall a very...
