Roti Canai Otai — Restaurant in Kedah

Came here for breakfast on every day of my stay in Langkawi and it was well and truly worth the ~30 minute walk from Pantai Cenang.

The food was exceptional, especially the roti canai, with the perfect level of crispiness and amount of butter. The sweet roti’s were an absolutely treat too, with copious amounts of additional condensed milk provided to satisfy my sweet tooth.

In addition, the staff were fantastic, welcoming me everyday with the warmest energy and the biggest smile on their face.

Thank you so much for not laughing at me with my often ridiculous Roti Canai orders! Highly recommend checking out the place. If I’m ever back in Langkawi, you know where I’ll be...

a small breakfast cafe, located at Kampung Temoyong. you will find this cafe on your right side if you're coming from Kuah using Chandek Kura road. If you're from Chenang beach, you'll find this cafe on your left side.

this cafe offers roti canai and nasi lemak. their nasi lemak you can add on other dishes such as fried eggs, fried chicken and many more.

the price of the food is reasonable.

if you're driving, please do not worry about parking area. there is an open space next fo the café. you can park over there. i highly not suggesting you to park on the road side, because it quite dangerous.

Dissatisfied and disappointed breakfast experience, first and last ever! Went here during school break holiday last early September 2022, full house all tables occupied. Decided to try the roti canai sarang burung, some of my family member ordered nasi lemak. I don’t know how they claims the ‘Otai’ word, waiting for roti canai for almost 2 hours! What a waste of time! Saw two workers work on the roti canai, one of them merely men look alike’Otai’ really don’t know the meaning of urgency. How come you stop on making roti canai & sit for a while like no customer waiting?? Better yet just close down your business and make the roti canai for...
