Being here after "sneaking" a friend had a dine in before. Looking so appealing. On our first revisit here, we would like to say thank you so much for having us as one of your reservation customers on that night. We were really happy with your warm welcoming service. Every server staff was so effective and efficient. Attentive. Able to respond and fulfil us upon request. Keep it up!!! Hats off to you!!! A tip for you guys before coming here is to observe promotion of the day. Especially from their official Facebook page. Luckily, we had 3 special promos at only - RM39.90 for Wagyu plate (in the menu RM98.90); RM9.90 for Nabe teishoku (in the menu RM19.90); FREE Hambagu (in the menu RM9.90). That Superb Promo saves us around RM80 for that Ban Gohan Night. Second thing is if you go in a large group of members or on a special occasion day or Public Holiday, I would like to advise you to book or make a reservation on their available slot time for you. We were very happy to as everything was ready for our table especially unpredictable a "baby chair" during our arrival. Wow!!! Impressive and Good thinking. For the rest we had ordered such as Salmon Belly, Samurai Platter and Gyoza etc. Every single dish on the table was superb. We had really enjoyed ourselves. Wagyu meat and beef so juicy and tender. The scallops so fresh. But my second favourite on that night was Hambagu. Simply so good. Seriously...The ambience inside the restaurant so attractive. Comfortable in air conditioned. Despite we had grilling smokes of Yakiniku Set (Charcoal Grilled) but that was not a big deal as they installed suction fans above the ceiling. When it came to payment, it also accepting e-Wallet modes in eg Touch n Go. Great!!! Do keep momentum in serving us as customers. Few customers they may not bother too much about the pricing as once we are happy definitely we will come back again. THE BEST FOOD EXPERIENCE....
Read moreI'm giving 2 stars for the taste of food only. It is not bad as the food does hve that japanese vibe.
However, im taking away 3 stars for other aspects.
First, I dont understand why the staff said I can't order ala carte for my 6 year old son. He said (i quote) "kalau buffet kena order 3 org kak". A few moments later, a couple came in and they ordered two buffet.
Initially i wanted to order 2 buffet for me n my husband and 1 ala carte rice for my son. Since the staff said I have to order three buffet, i ended up paying rm18 for a bowl of rice for my son since he only ate that.
Second, the restaurant uses grill mesh wire which is not that safe because it moves easily.
Third, although it is buffet, we need to call for the staff for refill which is inconvenient and sometimes they forget about us when there are lots of customers.
Fourth, the table is very small...so..it is not comfortable for a buffet.
At the end of the meal, we ate three plates of chicken, three plates yakiniku, two vegetables, three bowl of rice, three mochi, three drinks for RM87 ringgit.
I think it would be a good bargain if i dont have to pay rm18 (kids buffet) for a bowl of rice for my son.
Overall, i recommend this for those who are on diet, like to try something new, love japanese cuisine and want to hang out with friends.
I DO NOT recommend this for those who are on tight budget and families with small...
Read moreThe four of us went there on Friday afternoon, with an empty stomach. Hoping to be served with endless grilled meat that is supposed to satisfy our hunger (and craving). Heard many good things about the place. Tasty and affordable.
It was my first time. We arrived at 2.40pm, high hopes to eat. We weren’t entertained for a couple of minutes despite there were so many unoccupied staffs. Soon after we were told that all tables were either full or booked. We peeked in, still many empty tables.
Yea i know you want your business to be mad profitable by prioritising bookings, but imagine being a walk in customers, came in a far distance by car, an empty stomach at that, just to be told that tables are full when there were literally many seen empty tables. Your booked customers won’t even come in the nearest of time, we wouldn’t even spend 5 hours to eat. Where was the common sense?
It’s such a shame. Just bear in mind that rezeki doesn’t only come in the form of bookings. It might come in the form of walk in customers. Please let the world knows through social media that you only accept bookings on weekends. I pity your potential...
