"Once upon a time, there was a legendary BKT seller and under his tutelage were four (4) disciples namely Ah Her, Ah Peng, Samy and another one I forgot his name already. They went their own way and opened respective BKT restaurants." This story was told by a dear friend of mine who's a Klang native for almost half a decade. Many years ago he brought me everywhere to eat BKT when I went to look for him. There were similarities between these 4 but over the years they have tuned the flavour to suit their own styles. I personally like going to Ah Peng BKT in Taman Sentosa. I found that BKT broth at Ah Peng is more balanced in terms of flavour of herbs and sweetness from pork. One bowl is never enough and I'd order 2 bowls to go with my rice. I'd also take finish the meat and the rice first before slowly enjoying the soup till its last drop. Washed the oil down the stomach with Chinese tea and I left the premise a happy man. It cost RM15 per bowl of BKT and rice clocks at RM1.50 per plate.

One of the better ones in Klang but not exactly on par with Samy or Ah Her. I understand the reason for limited soup refill but giving us a tiny spoonful is ridiculous! Soup is good but meat not as tender to my liking, perhaps it’s timing.

Fresh meat, delicious thick herbal type bak kut teh .. go early as the crowd tends to build up by 9am .. good meat cut but a bit stingy on their thick soup. This is a pure BKT and rice spot, no vegetables, no yutiao, nothing extra.

Don't ever come! You won't have appetite as you will have werid smell from table. Ask to clean the table but still using same smelly towel to clean, not hygiene at all. When told to him cancel order for take away and settle bill, he put in the take away bill and force you to wait. This is unacceptable. Good is...

Variety food menu. Can be better if cleaniness is given important. The ikan bakar stall is good but not cheap for this area. Chinese instant fry dishes taste just at average but price is ok. Location is good with parking space around. Toilet here is kept at very basic both the...
