Worst ever Foodpanda delivery experience.

I placed an order for pizza at 8.44 PM, and the progress showed it was "on the way" at 9:15 PM. By 9:30 PM, there was still no update, so I contacted customer service to cancel the order.

At 9:51 PM, the rider suddenly called and said he was in front of the house. I told him the order was already cancelled due to the delay.

Then at 10:30 PM, someone (a girl) called me from the pizza outlet. She said, “Hello sir, the rider... ahh takde, delayed eh kejap” then started speaking to someone in the background and just hung up on me.

What kind of service is this? Delivery was super late, communication was poor, and the call was unprofessional and abruptly...

I recommend more knowledge person must handle counter.. Order large pizza 3 for take away and the price is rm19.10 and add huts poppers cheesy & huts poppers sausage as well and The bill is rm100.95. Taught all inclide tax so i pay then check the bill the pizza price is rm27.05. Ask her about it and she reply "taught i order that price range pizza" I ask her to cancel and she said cannot coz at kitchen they proceed. As a customer i dont know about this but as a pizza hut worker the explanation is must with customer. And she loudly laugh at kitchen talk about this issue and other workers laugh together.
