This is the most useless restaurant in Bandar Parklands, Klang. Already had a few bad experiences ordering for food and being told not available in a few prior visits. Yesterday, family booked 4 tables at the party Hall for Father's Day 2023. Since it was going to be bz, they gave a menu the night before for us to pre-order, which was impressive. I pre-ordered a few dishes and we arrived at 1pm yesterday. Until 2.45pm I had not received the Chicken Briyani I pre-ordered. Until 2.45pm I had not recieved the apple juice and masala tea which we ordered as soon as we arrived. Until 2.45pm they were preparing the paani puri at a counter in the hall and delivering to everyone who ordered, except me who had pre-ordered paani puri the night before.
That's how great Mithra is in customer service.
*I thought there was a mistake in my pre-order and willing to overlook until I saw the bill, and neatly listed at the top were the list of pre-ordered food which partially arrived, followed by the foods and drinks which we ordered once we were there, also partially arrived. Bill was for all the food we ordered. If Mithra's owners can key it in, how shameless, you all cannot fulfill the orders?
Oh yeah, running an Indian restaurant with 4 tables pre-booked, can't you guys plan? We had some gravy dishes appearing but had to wait for white rice until after 2pm. Our elders received their thali sets after waiting more than 1 hour, and after we were making noise.
All in all, go to Mithra if you want horrible customer service and torture your loved ones to have a bad time in a nice...

Food - we ordered Thali set for 50pax. The quantity of each set was very less. In fact, kids below 15yrs old was looking for extra rice. The vegetable for each set, OMG, toooooo low in quantity. We already mentioned, the party for auspicious event. However, they still serve bitter gourd!
There waiter service utmost worst. We booked the place by giving deposit. So the management should know that they must get ready with number if waitress. There is just 2 waiter to serve 50pax. The guests waited almost 40mins to get served. This make us to serve the guest!
Very funny about the atmosphere! Their aircond just got spoiled right before our event! Funny right??!. The place was too hot. I booked the place at 12.30pm. but when we reached there, the light not ON and the aircond is not ON. And they put music, all sad music. Can you imagine? Clearly, seen that they are not ready! However, the owner keep buzz us for the deposit! And the owner does not welcome us with welcoming face. Regretting for choosing this place.
I strongly won't recommend this place to anyone. Our guest are disappointed with the food quantity, atmosphere and services given. My quest waited almost 20mis to just get 'tambah nasi'.
The food is not worth for that price. Same thing happened to my friend wedding party. Ordered food for 50pax. But the food just enough for 30 pax only! I wouldn't choose 1 star also, sadly have to choose at least 1 star to write my review.

I made a reservation under my name hours before the timing - my parents went in as I was parking my car, and mentioned my name to waiter A who brought them to the table with my name on it. As my family was getting seated (with my 90+yr old grandma trying to get adjusted) then waiter B comes and starts rudely questioning my family and implying rudely to them that they just sat at a reserved table that's not for us. They said waiter A placed us here and my name was on the reservation paper but nope waiter B was EXTREMELY RUDE and kept implying as though my family couldn't read, even asking "are you sure you made a reservation? Are you sure this is the table? Are you sure it's the correct name you're seeing" . We came to celebrate mother's day and while the food was okay, the one waiter being rude to my family is the main takeaway for me for this restaurant. Other than this, service was slow (which was understandable) but trying to get a waiters attention in general was so hard that my dad had to practically stand up and call them. There's always a way to respectfully ask your customers about their reservation if you as a waiter want to be sure - but being rude and condescending is one way to lose...
