Extremely Disappointed – Unacceptable Experience

We came to this shop as a family, , hoping for a good meal, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we've had.

My sister-in-law ordered nasi lemak goreng with fried chicken, and I tried the same. The rice was overcooked, sticky, and completely tasteless. The fried chicken looked like it had been steamed rather than fried—dry, tough, and flavorless.

My mother-in-law had the vittu tosai, which tasted like it had been reheated from the day before. It was dense and dry, completely lacking the softness and freshness expected from a proper tosai.

My husband ordered kottu paratha, which took an unusually long time to arrive. When it finally did, it was a complete letdown—just chopped-up roti canai soaked in a small bowl of bland chicken curry. It had no spice, no flavor, and clearly no effort in preparation or presentation.

The tandoori chicken was another major disappointment. There was no aroma, no tandoori flavor, and no proper side dish. Never in my life have I had tandoori served like this. They even served it with a questionable white sauce—was that mayonnaise? Only God knows.

The drinks were the only thing remotely acceptable.

They charge high for such tasteless food, and for all of this, we were billed RM59.00. That’s outrageous for the quality we received. I could have had a far better and more satisfying meal at the Chinese mixed rice shop next door for half the price.

This is unacceptable. I’m calling on the management to take full responsibility for the poor quality of food and service. At the very least, I expect a proper response or compensation for this...

It's my mistake to decide go for caaya at this restaurant even tough I have bitter experience few times here. Went for breakfast, terrible service, no. One take order and even take order need to wait longer for. Food. Today best case, order for cutting caaya, my wife order teh tarik.. Just drinks only, order taken faster but to get teh tarik after. 20 mins and cutting caaya totally not entertain. Upon pay at counter and cancel the cutting caaya, too many stupid reasons on delay.. This is last, I'm done. Better go. DINAMIK or. Mamak shop instead here. Sucks on their service.. So many staffs...

Their briyani is just ok ok… Mini briyani is available here..!

Price was quite high ! Tarpau (takeaway) will be even more expensive..

Try their mango lassi (Highly recommended)

Kuih muih will be available after 4pm (daily)

Environment is quite messy with slippery floors.

Washrooms need more cleanups every 1 hour.
