Dear Tikka & Talks Team,
I hope you’re well. I wanted to share some heartfelt feedback as someone who has genuinely supported your restaurant.
As a person of mixed Hindu and Punjabi background living in Malaysia, it’s already incredibly difficult to find places that don’t serve beef. Sometimes it truly feels like we are treated as second or third-class citizens when it comes to food inclusivity and respect for our beliefs. That’s why discovering that a restaurant named Italian Indian, which I once considered a go-to spot, includes beef on the menu was really disappointing.
I understand that you are a fusion restaurant, and I respect the creativity in combining cuisines. But when a brand uses “Indian” in its identity, there’s an unspoken trust that certain cultural values, like not serving beef, will be honored or at least acknowledged. Seeing beef offered under that name feels not just surprising, but also disheartening.
It’s exhausting constantly having to check menus or feel excluded from mainstream dining options. I really hope you can take this feedback into account, because it comes from a place of deep cultural connection and respect, and a desire to see businesses like yours be more...
Read moreI had the most delightful dining experience at TIKKA & TALKS! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service.
The menu is a culinary masterpiece. We started with the Prawn 65, which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. Their newly introduced platter is just WOW ! It was a feast for both the eyes and the palate, with an impressive variety of perfectly cooked and beautifully presented items. Each bite was delicious and showcased the chef’s skill and creativity
The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, ideal for any occasion.
Not forgetting the outstanding cocktails! Each drink was expertly crafted and packed with unique, delightful flavors. my utmost favorite was their Lemon Frozen Margarita. The bartenders are true mixologists, and the presentation was stunning. The perfect spot for anyone looking to enjoy top-notch cocktails in a great atmosphere.
It’s a gem of a restaurant, and I can’t wait to come back. Highly...

A fusion between indian and italian. I was intrigued by this proposition. The man who served us was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they were out of lamb this day so i didnt get to try the lamb dishes.
The dishes came at a steady pace. The mushroom soup was thick and had a unique flavour... a bit oniony. I enjoyed it. The fried drummets looked like regular fried drummets. But oh boy when i sunk my teeth into it, there was an explosion of flavours. The meat was tender. One of the best frief chicken I've had.
I would have rated this restaurant higher but my main, the masala chicken chop tasted like a regular fried chicken chop. Nothing 'masala' about it. That was the only masalah with my dinner. I thought the chef might have forgotten to add something... i wasnt sure. Will try to come back for the...
