mixue icecream bayu tinggi 蜜雪冰城 — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

I often buy at this place. On 7/3/25 i went here again, and wanting to order something out from the menu which are lemonade + ice cream. But 1 of the female staff was giving abit atittude. I can hear her complaining and also saying "so tired how am i gonna do the order again".

A simple dont have should be fine but hearing the complain and all is abit too much. I am sorry if i sound entitled but I am paying for the product, not having it for free. I am already tired as it is and to have to see and hear the staff says that makes it worst.

I guess I am not coming here anymore....

My first impression of the store when I walked into the store is not bad, but the one and only restroom is extremely filthy and needs a lot of deep cleaning. The sink in the restroom is also broken. I’ll not feel comfortable using the restroom unless if I absolutely have to.

Food-wise, the milk tea and ice cream are average, but the boba is small, hard and felt uncooked. You get what...

Went in and there was a really foul smell near the entrance. The tables were not cleaned( there was lizard poop on one of them) many flies, floors were not swept and the workers were really loud there busy talking and laughing instead of cleaning the place since it's so dirty( Many young workers but only one of them was actually doing their job right)...
