Pizza Hut Port Klang — Restaurant in Klang Municipal Council

am writing to express my disappointment regarding the poor service my son received at your Port Klang branch.

He went to the store to purchase a lava chocolate cake and used the restroom before placing his order. Despite the store being empty with no other customers, the staff were unnecessarily rude to him. Even more frustrating was that it took over 30 minutes just to receive a single lava cake.

This kind of behavior and delay is unacceptable, especially from a brand like Pizza Hut. I hope you will investigate this matter seriously, address the attitude of the staff involved, and take steps to improve the service at...

Good service by staff especially during take away. They have redo and make a new pizza for me just because I reached late to collect food more than 5 hours to collect. The ingredients might have reduced due to due to market price but the taste still good. They should add extra cheese options for the promo pizza Online ordering is user friendly except the delivery, some places are not delivered even we purchase more menu . Online ordering should add more options in certain dishes and add on cheese options for take pizza promo. I guess we won't mind to add some money...

I placed an order at 2pm for self-collect at 4pm. When I arrived at 4:26pm, my order was still not ready because the mushroom soup wasn’t prepared yet, so I had to wait.

When I finally got home, the mushroom soup turned out watery and tasteless! Nothing like mushroom soup at all. Very disappointing experience: late preparation despite advance order, and poor food quality. Definitely not the standard expected...
