Customer service - very bad customer service. The bak kut teh bowl came with very fatty pork hock with limited soup. I asked for more soup to help with consuming the fatty hock. But the server/owner wasn't nice at all, and she told me they don't provide additional soup because this was not how the food was consumed. Very arrogant.
Food - food was so so and it was only limited to pork hock and pork shoulder butt. There wasn't any variety like fried tofu, mushrooms, pork ribs..Soup was thicker.
Overall - bad customer service and OK food quality/taste. There are over 100+ bak kut teh stores in Klang alone. I can eat at a better bak kut teh storr with less arrogant...

To distribute...
