Talents Motor Park Hotel - Pelabuhan Klang — Hotel in Klang Municipal Council

Went here few weeks back then and stayed for one night. Arrived at 11pm at night for late checked-in after a long drive. Expectation from the picture seems wonderful so we chose here as it near to our meeting place for the next morning. Upon checked-in I would say they have the best setup of the motel, very beautiful with the lighting and the parking space. Yes, you can park your vehicle near to your motel room. The receptionist very helpful, they also sell a lot daily items that you need such as toothbrush and everything, junk food, express noodle and drinks. We stayed in a room with 3 adults. In that room they had this 2 king size bed and 2 separate aircond unit. But, what really...really frustrating me is that they have problem with the television channel and the receptionist told me that they were undergoing some maintenance. What do you expect 3 guys in a room stared each other? 😂 Then the bed, I saw some hair on my pillow like woman hair and on the bed sheet. Did they replace a new one? I don't know but that really bugged me and I wasn't wrong AT ALL. I felt itched on my back and on my leg when I slept that night. Anyway, I just wanna get through that night and just go for a meeting next morning. I would say it's uncomfortable for me. Other than that it's okay for the toilet and others. The motel situated in front of Pandamaran field. It's a lot of people at night with food stall and kids entertainment. Not bad at all and it doesn't effect the motel occupants since its not that near to tge motel and yet you still can walk there around 1 minute a cross the main road. Other than that it's just...

Firstly, I would like to commend your staff for providing excellent service throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist, which created a positive experience for me.

However, I must mention that I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bedsheets appeared dirty, and it seemed that they hadn't been changed. This was an important aspect for me as a guest, as cleanliness is crucial when staying in any accommodation.

On a positive note, I appreciated that the hotel provided towels for guests. It's a small detail but adds convenience to the overall experience.

While there were some areas of improvement regarding cleanliness, I do believe that your hotel offers good value for the price paid. It's important for guests to understand that if they are seeking a higher level of luxury and cleanliness, they may need to consider investing in a higher-priced hotel.

It was my first experience staying in a american style motel. I quite like it. A different experience to regular hotels. I wanted a quick night stay and place to freshen up and the rooms though a little small was enough for the purpose i wanted. Don't expect any luxury but at this price point you should not expect it. It is a nice B&B for a quick night stay. I would have given this place 5 star but the bed sheet had stains and the toilet was a little smelly so had to keep the toilet door closed at all times. If it wasn't for the little hygiene issues then this would have been a perfect stay.||The breakfast option was limited. I think your better off eating out but if you need a quick breakfast why not.
