KFC — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

i always dined in this restaurant and idk if this old staff which he always been on floor cleaning things, being weird (or he is not) but he keeps approaching my table and clean smth not that messy or sorting chairs on my table which very unnecessary while im still there.

i'm quite not comfortable but ive been ignored him as much as i can as long as he did nothing physically. butttt recently, he did smth i kinda mad. i HAVENT finished eat yet while watching my screen. but he literally picked up my tray which there were foods i kept to eat later. he didn't ask and i couldn't say anything as i was left speechless. I WAS STILL THERE HE SHOULDNT INTERRUPT MY TIME??? no need to clean up i was literally stilllll thereeeee im not a ghosttt 💀

can anyone train or brief to this old guy staff to not interrupt customers on the table who is still eating? no need to clean up things while customers still sitting on the table. he can clean up the table when customer gone. hope anyone can tell this guy. also, please always check up on the sauce section. it's always lacking when this guy on that...

had a frustrating experience today. The service crew mentioned a system problem and said e-wallets & cards couldn't be used, but this wasn't communicated to customer before placed order. was only told after I finished ordering that I could only pay by cash. What happens if a customer doesn't have cash on them?

Additionally, the chicken and egg tart were much smaller than what was shown on the order machine, and some of the food was served cold—not even warm. This was really disappointing.

I also noticed that there’s a TV for showing when orders are ready for pickup, but it wasn't used. Customers had to wait in front of the counter to find out when their food was ready. This could be a much more efficient process if the TV system was used...

Absolutely Disgraceful Experience!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I arrived 40 minutes before closing, only to find out they had literally ONE item left on the menu. And let me tell you, it looked disgusting and smelled awful. How is this even acceptable at a place like KFC? To make matters worse, the self-order machines weren't working, so I had to deal with the staff directly, who seemed completely uninterested in providing any decent service.

And the smell inside? Repulsive. The place stunk, and it was honestly making me nauseous. How is this place even still running?

The current 2.8-star rating is honestly a joke. This KFC deserves far less. Avoid this location at all costs unless you want to ruin your appetite...
