I just got back from work and wanted to buy tealive. there's two workers one was indian and one is malay girl free hair in charged for the store. when i came in, one of the girls show me the signboard, technically they have some technical water issue, they are not explaining anything to me while just rudely speak to me TO JUST LOOK AT THE SIGNBOARD AS IN LIKE I HAVE TO UNDERSTAND BY MYSELF? when i asked they answer in a very rude and annoyed tone. what makes me more angrier is when a few minutes later, two couple walked in and they can just explain about what technical issue they are dealing with right now? i mean where is the manners you've learnt miss girl?
i love tealive and it is very frustrating when this kind of worker attitude treated you this way. i really hope tealive could educate and and show some awareness over how the services should be improvise in the future of else this attitude of workings youre hiring is...

First Issue, I purchased two drinks, totaling RM 14.40, and paid using my debit card. Normally, the debit card machine is placed in front of the cashier counter, but your staff took my card and tapped it from inside. As a result, my money was deducted twice.
Second Issue, I asked if you had a paper bag with handles, and your staff confirmed that you did. So, I proceeded with the purchase and was charged for the paper bag, which I had no issue with. However, when my drinks were ready, I was given a paper bag without handles, which was not what I requested.

I was served by three staff members—two Malay girls and one Indian girl—whose attitude was both impolite and negligent. Despite being the only customer, they were busy chatting at the counter and still managed to get my order wrong.
To make matters worse, they initially promised a refund for the incorrect order but ended up charging me twice. I only received my money back after filing a formal complaint—and even then, I had to wait nearly a month.
