I ordered a small portion of dry pan mee with added egg, minced meat and anchovies (see my photo). As the shop name suggests, the pan mee was smooth and cooked to the right texture resembling al dente but with no hint of raw floury taste or any unpleasant chewiness. The noodles did so well to soak up the dark soy sauce so each bite is as flavorful as you can get. The soy sauce was rich and lush with healthy dose of pork lard. The minced pork lent a tangy appetising zing that balanced off the savoury dark sauce while the anchovies added that essential crunchy goodness to the pan mee. Their own chilli flakes and sambal were also good additions if you want to turn up the spiciness level of your pan mee. I personally preferred the sambal over the chilli flakes. The soup that came with the pan mee was surprisingly sweet and flavorful despite it looked clear and light. Needless to say, I also had the egg added for that extra protein. All in all, I am impressed with the dry pan mee and would be glad to return for another try. The only drawbacks were the hygiene level and the limited outdoor seatings.

I drove all the way to eat this. The shop food doesn’t fail me. It looks so yummy. As is homemade pan mee made by Aunty and uncle. I was so touched coz I live in Klang Valley for so long and didn’t notice this until my friend from Penang came down and said he want to try local food only then I discover. Reasonable price. Uncle was so friendly. As he know I stay in Subang and said It was name “Noodle Mansion” which means I can try the same thing in subang. Lucky me. I order their both Signature dish. Which is Pan Mee Soup and Kicap. The noodles really nice even though you think is less but you feel full after. Definitely will drop next time and try out the sibang branch ✌🏻

I came here because of this shop went viral in the social media. The pan mee no taste, soup abit salty, lacking of ingredients in a big portion of pan mee. RM8-9 per bowl, reasonable price but the taste really doesn’t taste like pan mee.texture ok la but lack of taste. The chili sauce doesn’t match with pan mee at all. It’s more suitable for hokkien mee, imagine balacan mix with pan mee. Don’t waste your time queuing for it, doesn’t worth the wait. I ordered big portion but I feel like didn’t eat at all, still hungry. The dry pan mee taste like salt only. Not recommend at all.

We sat for almost 20mins and no one came to clean the table Afterwards when we tried to order the lady that takes order skipped us and took others order that came after us. Very bad experience especially when I walked to the counter tried to order the aunty kept saying she will come over and ended up she went to the other table after us again. She only took our order when we got really upset and promised that our order will come after the table in front of us. The outcome is the table that came after us got the order before we do. Very bad experience at this restaurant especially the aunty just keep smiling like not a big deal. Portion of the pan mee is small even for the big ones

Overall the pan mee texture is fine but the seasoning isn’t Anchovies and minced pork too salty. Not really value for money First...
