This is d perfect working place for ppl who have a "kalau nak beli, kena tunggu lama sikit ye " attitude while working on slow motion mode (manager can't scold, wait staff merajuk n leave) , carefree daydreaming in ur own dream world (at least one item will be wrong every alternate order n if u inform, answer will be "tapi tadi u sendiri order cakap blah blah blah" insisting we ordered sometin we didn't ), can chit chat n giggle laugh with kitchen staff while packing d chicken into d box with 5-7 customers waiting in 2 rows (total 13 pax waiting) n another 2 counters closed permanently, and u have staff answering back/tegur d manager (hahaha this so funny, mgr obeying staff ) n manager like BIG CORPORATE ACCOUNTANT @ the only KFC outlet if I go morning, afternoon, evening, night is in his little cubicle room with paper n pen as if his outlet OVERHIT d daily target n he just can't cope with such enormous daily sales (seriously dude! Yg sebenarnya u x faham tgk graf kan.... ) ..YAY, THIS WILL BE THE PERFECT PLACE FOR YOU TO WORK. GUARANTEE U WILL BE HAPPY. The target here is to make customers wait longer than the normal expected wait , understand? And oh, dun forget the magic word when customers arrive for ori chicken at 8.30pm-8.35pm ""HABIS!" 5x i go, 5x same answer. If customer says tu ada 3 ketul lagi, answer "tu x boleh jual, x cantik " (staff nak bawa balik?)but offer to sell side orders n drinks. Important Note: I have not patronised this outlet during Ramadhan so I dunno, but I can vouch for the past 3-4yrs. Once a while u get to see a really competent staff n u just know in ur heart, u wun see her in ur next visit. So guy, only ppl.with "slow motion" mode are highly encouraged to apply in this outlet....

Service quality and speed has dropped tremendously after the malay front staffs have been replaced. Now became so slow and disappointing. Dont feel like they want to work at all.
