Covid19 afta Lockdown Crave 4 a Food Discovery on july2020. Here is my Google local guide experience around Setapak Hot Springs in the city of Kuala Lumpur. It's been 3 days I heard from alot of friends and some people we're talking about this Malaysia chicken burger homemade recipe "triple times better then Kentucky zngr burger" as many people says & thru comments on FB page. Just coincidentally I was going around hot spring area & I didn't actually planning to go there on this date, but today, it's kinda different🤔.."The Lan Crispy Burger" is Calling...calling..calling..going around my head😷. So, here I am✌🏻 in the place 2 be, 💯The Talk of the Town,👉and I totally Recommend u & for those craving the best chicken burger ever...ever or never🤸I don't want to say that much, but trust me, this is so so Gooooood....Amazing Crispy Chic as what they claim 3 times🤔? Nope, err..I would say..its actually 5x times better then Kentucky Zburger.🙊🙈🙉 this stall location are situated on a converted corner lot double story house. Very Clean environment, just less sitting and more concentrate for take away order mostly. A very up-to-date ordering and queuing system and payment can be made either by cash, e-wallet vendor such as Grab food, food panda and few other to be name of or Maybank qr pay. For delivery &pickup they have a saperate counter. Overall, I would give not just 5star, I honestly & proudly give AllStar🌟& Thumbsup👍 to "Lan's Crispy Chicken Burger" Management and staff for💯Da' best service, Da' best burger Stall2020, Da best online payment and systematic ordering sys hub and business Startup 2020. Good side : The food is nice. Can replace KFC cheesy wedges. The burger is also good as it is Mekdi Spicy Chic Mekdilax.

Bad side : Location wise : The stall area is not a strategic area as it opens in the housing lot. So there is no parking space. The traffic infront of the stall is very pathetic as it is a main road link from Jalan Semarak to Sri Rampai with busses, lorries and alot of cars. When customer want to buy they will park infront of the stall and causes bad traffic.

Service wise : Very very very slow as they are selling foods that is deep fried (mostly) so the preparation should be fast (fast foods) but the waiting time once you order will take 30-45minutes for your order.

Solution : Be more self aware of the crowd. Please change your method of serving customers. Be more systematic. Use numbering instead of customer name. We might have the same name (or sounds like the same). Prepare your foods earlier and can put in a food heater. Be prepare with the crowds. Please improve this to smoothen your service in order to be ready to...

Tried all the main meals; burger ayam crispy single, tortilla, and jumbo sausage. One thing that I like about this stall is that the have chilli sauce packets for take out instead of pouring all the sauce on the burgers when packing them.

Burger ayam crispy is pretty good with enough crunchy and flavor. Jumbo sausage is surprisingly good. Not as messy as most stall burgers so it's a good thing. Patty is nicely cooked.

The sausage is huge and bread is soft however for some reason this one doesn't get the same treatment in terms of sauce because they put the sauce on the sausage right away. Still good nonetheless.

The tortilla is pretty bad I would say. Even though they are supposedly using the same crispy chicken, but the crunchiness somehow disappeared and I'm left with stale fried breaded chicken. Would avoid this next time.

Serving time is pretty fast. They are cooking in bulk and at the time there wasn't a lot of customers waiting. Only QR or cash payment is accepted, no...
