I came to buy nasi lemak at Nasi Lemak Saleha, Sri Rampai Setapak branch yesterday 11 August 2025, and was really disappointed with the experience. There was only one lady in front of me, buying 5 nasi lemak and some rendang. Yet I had to wait almost 20 minutes just to get 2 nasi lemak daun pisang.
The reason? Staff shortage. The same person preparing the nasi lemak was also handling the cashier. It’s frustrating to waste that much time for something that should be quick.
To the Owner of Nasi Lemak Saleha, please ensure you allocate enough staff at the Sri Rampai branch. Don’t just focus on Ampang. I’m a regular customer at your Ampang outlet and always had a good experience there. But this visit to Sri Rampai left me disappointed.

The service needs tightening up. At the time of visit, the same person took our orders, served food and manned the till. This is while there's a whole team just to serve drinks. Out of three orders, one didn't turned up. Our subsequent request for plain water was ignored. The nasi lemak is too sticky, but this is just a personal dislike.
Located next door is a workshop. We were 'entertained' by the incessant and persistent revving of cars.
All in all, not what I wanted for a nice quiet breakfast. One star because today the place took a chunk of my money in compensation for their expensive menu but left me...
