0 STAR.!!! The worst place I have stayed. We actually booked room for 2 hours which cost RM50. We just wanted to have a quick shower. We went in the hotel premise 10am and the receptionist handover the keys10.15am (I legit check the time). The receptionist was very RUDE. He/ She used vulgar words. Supposedly we have to handover the keys at 12.15pm but he/she forced us to checkout 12pm. He said "saya kesian bagi you tempat mandi, tapi macam macam orang masuk". WTH does it mean? Bro, we paid for it, he is not doing charity to "kesian". We PAID!!!. It was a biased act, he/she approached other malay customers friendly but since we were Indians, he used some offensive phrases. We even asked him to check, the CCTV for a clearer view but he/she said the CCTV not in Service. This shows how bad their management. Hotel without CCTV? Where is the safety?? Btw talking about the bathroom, I would say public toilet at petrol bunk looks better.

Read moreThey have three plugs, but only one can be used, and sometimes it doesn't work. The other two plugs are broken and appear to be on the verge of ripping off from the wall, which is dangerous.
The bathroom door is also broken, and it cannot be closed.
The room looks very different from what was shown on the OYO apps website.
If you desperately need to stay here, please bring your own shower gel. Additionally, if you check in with more than one person, they will only provide one towel.
Please keep RM50 standby for the deposit, and ensure that they return it on time if you leave your room in good condition.
Please also take the time to read other reviews on the OYO site.
It's not a bad place to stay if you urgently need accommodation for a night, but please don't expect too much and make sure to read all of the reviews.

They advertise this place online at a low price, but once you booked online and you reached there to check-in they want to charge you the extra walk-in rate. OYO created unnecessary problem for the customers and then the front desk say its not their problem. Terrible customer service as well.
