I recently had a very unpleasant experience at Paksu restaurant. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and the food was not worth the price. When I first arrived at the restaurant, I was greeted by a surly waiter who seemed more interested in his phone than in taking my order. After waiting for several minutes, I finally managed to get his attention and order a meal. The food arrived lukewarm and was bland and unappealing. To make matters worse, I witnessed the manager yelling at one of his staff members in front of other customers. This was completely unacceptable behavior, and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not recommend Paksu restaurant to anyone. The staff in blur shirt is rude, the food is overpriced and bland, and the overall experience is very unpleasant. Suggestions for improvement: The staff needs to be trained in customer service and basic manners. The food needs to be improved in terms of quality and taste. The manager needs to learn how to treat his staff...
Read moreThis place I frequent many times, but word of caution, go there on weekdays only . If weekend expect long q, hard to find parking, parking handle by own staff( who appear to be like officers of DBKL ) service by staff will be rude "beratur, beratur dulu"..... The list goes on. I only go there for the food. The food is delicious. Kudos to the chef and the cook team. The price seem reasonable, but don't expect good service by others. As a person who use to work in the F&B, basic etiquette or "budi bahasa" is important. I hope the owner take note of my genuine comment as I believe good service goes along with good food. It's all about awareness and guidance.
16/2 I'm back here at Pak Su, on a Sunday nite, food as always Sedap Gila, reasonable pricing. The parking staff provided good service and assisted to look for parking. The service staff were all smiling and very attentive. Service has improved a lot. Will...
Read moreFood was great! As expected from the price (can see the picture) chicken chop, mushroom soup, garlic bread and the drinks no complain. Just the spaghetti aglio olio had a weird taste but overall okay. Alot of prawns 🍤 for that price is insane. Portion of food was generous, just nice for a person with a big appetite. The sauce was a little salty to my taste but they weren’t selfish with their portion. Ordered the food and within 5-7 minutes, the food arrived. Speedy service.
The shop however could use some renovation to make their customers feel more welcome when they come in. Lighting could use some rework. Felt a bit compact inside as the tables and chairs were placed so close to each other.
My order: Spaghetti Aglio Olio Seafood - RM 15 Chicken Chop - RM 8.90 Mushroom Soup - RM 5 Garlic Bread (4:5 pieces) - RM 5 Sirap Ice - RM 2 Teh O - RM...
