MH Maison by Manhattan Group — Hotel in Kuala Lumpur

I had no problem with the place itself or the location as what you see is what you get. However my main problem was with the customer service which was absolutely appalling. Because they won’t let you know beforehand, let me be the one to inform you that you MUST pay 200MYR deposit BEFORE you can get your key in case of damage to the room that they say they return at the end of the trip. I will not speculate for other people however I did NOT receive the money at the end of the trip. We thought it would initially be returned in cash, however what they also forgot to mention that it was only by BANK. Their reasoning is because they have to check the room first. When I told them I can wait a few days and come back they said no sorry, rules are rules. Despite them making rules up on the spot I obliged and gave them my bank details to transfer the money. They said it transfers in around 3 business days. It has been more than a week now and I received nothing. The bigger problem for me is that they stopped responding to the whatsapp texts as soon as I gave them my bank details.
