Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Extremely poor and slow service. I placed a pickup order through Foodpanda and visited the store twice. On my first visit, I just wanted to confirm that everything was in order—they assured me it was. However, when I returned at the scheduled pickup time, they claimed they had never accepted my order at all. I was left waiting far too long while they tried to sort things out. Eventually, the manager checked and confirmed that the order was never accepted in the first place. I was supposed to pick up my food at 8:23PM, but didn’t receive it until 9.15PM. First time order dekat FoodPanda, bad services i ever had! I order larger size pizza but dapat regular. I order flavour lain dapat lain :( Then esok lusa i try order thru shop but dissapointed jugak. I tak dapat onion ring then need to go back to the shop then the staff didn’t ever said “sorry” to my sister whatt is thatt !! Manager or whoever responsibly pleasee lah ajar staff you how to greet customer with proper ways. Very bad experience in this branch I was standing at the counter for so long and the person at the counter was acting like I didn't exist I ask her can you take my order said something mumbled something that I couldn't hear and continue her thing and didn't take my order I waited again but she did response even after a while as though as I didn't exist then I ask another girl is the counter close can anyone take an order I standing here for quite long the she said you want order can but you have to wait for half and hour...pizza hut service getting worse because of the workers please educate them how to...
