I used to come here almost every day buy a bulk of chicken, french fries, eggs and other stuff. But lately alot of the item are sold out. Second please train your staff with some manners especially the cashier. So grumpy all the time so angry all the time. If she doesnt want to work there then dont work. Always leaving the store feeling unhappy. Third why would you build a store that has no rail? How do you expext customer to carry all that item? Then when i try to park closer the security got mad at me and ask me to park some where else and said that if you need help to carry they can help you. The thing is why dont you offer whenever i came and carry 18 kg of chicken to my car? You put all that cone for your selfesh need but not the customer Sadly, im not going to come back...

A local brand Halal Burger in Malaysia. I hope the management will step in to train the service staff how to serve with a smile, greeting the customers, the uniform and how to put the veggies , burger meat in order and presentable. I saw Ramly burger stall on the streets can do a better job than the retail staff. I hope the management will look into this seriously. Everyone has a room to improve and I hope the boss will walk into the retail and monitor how their CS compares to big fast foods chains. Overall the price is very reasonable among the fast foods...

Ramly halal mart today produce many products and frozen foods that are not known to many.It is really worth it coming here to do our shopping for groceries and meat .

we are really satisfied with the best service offered here. We got a bag suitable for frozen items after purchasing more than rm 100.
