Came here for the 10/10 promo (RM10 meal of Americano with Pasta) early of the day. However, there was only 1 table taken. No crowd at all. 2 baristas working, yet nobody cleared the tray that was left by a previous customer. Went to order with no greeting nor any smile. I enquired about the promo, which decided to have Pesto Chicken Pasta. The 2nd barista was playing with his phone while the female barista served me. He rather play with his phone than clear the table! Anyway, pasta came with very dry sauce (too little sauce) and Americano was good. I dont patronize SF and looks like I still wont be coming as a customer for its poor Customer Service and Dry Pasta dish.
