Worth the hype. Kinda crowded maybe because I goes there at weekend. Even so, the wait time isn't that long. It only took somewhere around 4-5 minutes for my order to be served. Kudos to all the staff. The special thing about this place is their price. It only goes as low as Rm 2 to Rm 7 per item. You can even get it even cheaper by buying a combo or by using a discount voucher. Their cheapest item is their signiture cone Ice Cream which cost Rm 2 and not gonna lie, it's good, really good. It has nice texture and not too sweet. Absolutely great alternative to Mc'D ice cream. Same thing goes with their boba tea. The tea is aromatic, creamy and not too sweet. The boba is easy to chew. Visited the newly opened Mixue SG Besi, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! The shop is bright, clean, and welcoming, with a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service despite the crowd.

Tried their signature snow ice and bubble tea, and both were amazing—refreshing, flavorful, and great value for money! The ice cream was creamy with just the right amount of sweetness, and the drinks were well-balanced.

Definitely a fantastic spot for an affordable dessert fix. Highly recommended for anyone in the area looking for a tasty treat! Will be coming...

Visited Mixue Sungai Besi Lakefield on 30 May 2025 at 4:47 PM, and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a Fresh Lemonade (Normal Ice, 50% Less Sugar) for RM 3.00, and it was served within minutes.

The male Malay cashier (with a cap) on duty around that time was super quick and friendly, making the dine-in experience feel smooth and welcoming. The shop was clean, air-conditioned, and had fun wall deco that gave the place a cheerful vibe. Bonus: the drink cup still had the Mixue Christmas design — quirky and cute!

Would definitely drop by again for a quick, refreshing stop. And there's a toilet & power outlet to charge...
