Starbucks - TPM DT — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

At 07/10/23 around 1:00AM:: came here at midnight with kids. all the staff are friendly and kind especially YUSOFF. he answered all questions efficiently and gave good recommendations and explanations about drinks. I mean he is not just an ordinary staff because he has a lot of knowledge about drinks if compare to other staff in other branches I have visited. This branch is also very comfortable because it is not crowded(midnight). Also, my son spilled his drink but the staff replaced it! The place is clean and comfortable. Not crowded so it is very suitable for someone that want to spent time drinking coffee with chill environment and some good music. Therapy. Yeah. To spent your time alone with that kind of environment is a must once awhile. The staff are friendly and the service is good. You can park your car at the parking space provided. First 15 minutes is free, the first hour is RM3 and so on. If you don't want to dine in, you can just go to drive-thru and have coffee on the go. If you are looking for a place to drink coffee and chill, or drink coffee and do some work, this is the perfect place. Overall, I would love to come here...

Atrociously bad customer service. Did not serve 2 hot drinks together with the base holder, I asked for it and clumsily split both the drinks 3 steps away from counter. All 3 staff just stared at each other, did not make any eye contact nor reply me telling them the base is loose, while picking up the cups for them. They just continued looking away and whispering to each other. It was not like I was asking them to replace the drinks! A little courtesy goes a long way. All the staff there are lacking any. Lack of training or poor upbringing?...
