Me greetings, I'm one of the staff of texas chicken and I'm here to reply to the false accusation that had been on me.
Dear eL Salina, with due respect, first and foremost I don't find the nessesity to mention and highlight a staff based on their ethnicity neither comparing staffs based on their ethnicity too. This is so inappropriate. Well, coming to the accusation that you've pointed, I totally agree where it is my responsibility to check the availability of each items but also to mention where I am the only morning staff who have to balance the operation of the shop also to maintain the cleanliness of the shop. So I had been engaged with various work at that point. Hereby, I am not justifying the inconvenience that it caused but stating why I couldn't inform you earlier regarding this matter. I am sorry for this. But I totally object where you state that I didn't even say a "sorry" to you??? I remember the first thing first I said to you was "Sorry miss, white coffee takde buat masa sekarang, bole miss tukar dengan air lain? And you replied with "air apa je ada" (sorry for my usage of malay word in English written review). I was really trying so hard to be polite and satisfy you by accommodating with another drink but you simply embarrassing me by giving such a false accusation. Please don't target someone's personally with such harsh words....
Read moreThe DT service is not professional. I went to the DT during lunch hour and a lady was taking my order through the ordering speaker. She was raising her voice while taking orders "ye, nak apa?". i was confused with one of the meals and i was asking if the wrap comes with one chicken or two. she said two and i nicely confirmed again cause i was seeing one. then she raised her voice again "yang tu dua ayam!". as she was rudely replying me, i certainly raise my voice a bit cause who the hell are you to suddenly raise your voice to me, i was just ordering. then, she passed over the ordering to her manager without saying sorry to me and luckily the manager replied me well. When I went to the pickup/payment station, she was looking at me differently. But, girl, whoever you are with hijab and spectacle at the DT counter, you better behave yourself. If you have issues with others, do not bring it to another person. That just show how unprofessional you are. Food was okay, service totally bad. Kalau rasa tak boleh nak control your emotion during work, take a break instead. Bukan sambung kemarahan kepada pembeli lain. Kena gi training balik budak...
Read moreThis is by far the worst texas chicken branch i've ever been to i'm not sure if this branch is under the texas chicken's management or a franchise but this shop has got to be the most ridiculous texas chicken i've ever been This shop originally isn't 24 hours but they updated recently that they now are a 24 hours branch but they knew that they're severely understaffed yet the person in-charge still dare to change the operating hours to 24 hours and still do drive-thru at the same time they're so understaffed...all their tables are never cleaned, so basically there is almost no tables for new customers to sit it the floor isn't cleaned because everybody is just busy behind the counter the faucet is broken and they don't seem to bother to fix it
my advice is before you even go for 24 hours, please settle your current problems 1st because it's already causing a lot of discomfort to many customer as of right now and i'm there only like 2PM so i cannot imagine going there...
