Very unpretentious breakfast place if you are in the vicinity of Pertam Jaya, Semabok, even Ujong Pasir. I was staying in a hotel in Bandar Hilir approx 10 min drive. Halal Nyonya Laksa homemade prepared by Malay Muslim family own business. The Nyonya Laksa was superb, meehoon served with complete condinents, 3 large fresh prawns, boiled egg and thick coconut milk laksa gravy. You can taste the dried shrimp in the gravy. Portion size perfect for breakfast. They also serve excellent roti canai that was soft and crispy with tasty dhal gravy prepared by a friendly lady. There are also other items like Lotong Kuah Lodeh, Nasi Lemak with chicken rendang and selection of sambal which I intend to try in the near future. Assortment of local kuih were also available.
