The soup stall was not bad for my personal preference, it’s not extraordinary delicious but it’s not tasting bad, the dishes are not the usual dishes that a modern family will cook at home so it’s not bad that you can have it here. The nyonya laksa was really as commented by many other google reviews saying its soup base is diluted. Yes, it’s the watery type and not thick type, but to be honest it has all the taste that it should have. They are well-known for their traditional coffee/ kopi and butter kaya toasts. To me, the coffee and toasts are decent but not the best in Melaka. Remember to ask for ‘less sweet’ for a stronger, deeper flavour of coffee ☕️
Among the dishes offered by the food stalls, their pan mee always feels like comfort food to me and chicken rice (from a new stall) is not bad.

Read moreHad simple breakfast here with kaya toast, soft boiled eggs that was very orange and tasty, and very good iced coffee. Instantly ordered a 2nd iced coffee. The nasi lemak and mee siam were also quite nice, prepacked in plastic boxes. The kaya was a bit raw and not usual taste, but overall the toast was not bad.
The chicken rice is ok. The cheong fan and yam was usual.
Didn't have a chance to try the other stalls, but will try the ban mian as saw many people ordering.
