Lotus Inn Hotel — Hotel in Malacca

Staying here because our hotel have been cancelled last minute. Walk in guest. I booked 2 rooms to accomodate 6 of us. Family suite and standard room. I am happy to stay here. The room was comfortable for 6 pax. Sparkling clean toilet and room. Comfortable bed. Clean towel. No bug. Receptionist very friendly even i check in nearly 1am. They have water dispenser putside the room. The only cons are its walk up hotel. But not an issue for us. Overall we enjoy our stay here. Surely will repeat again in near future. And i hope, Lotus Inn will maintain this type of...

Been here for a day. Received a mysterious call at 11 pm asking if I need bath towels (which already provided in the room). He also offered to come and help me if anything strange happen that night, which is none (thank God). Heard a few noises around 3am but NO OTHER guests at this hotel except me. Frankly the hotel cleanliness was good. The space for a family room with 2 double bed and 1 twin bed was quite good. But the air conditioner was really old. I called for someone to check then a man came only at almost 1am. He was so rude and ignorance. He said if still not cold then will change the room but unfortunately...
