If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Disappointed would be an understatement, and a lie. I left filled with anger, not good food.

The second we received wrong drink orders, we should have taken it as a sign. When our drinks arrived, the ice in the glasses had filled them with water, due to the fact it melted. Alas, we stayed and waited… and waited… and waited for our food. After one hour, we inquired about our satay (yes, grilled protein - which we saw come off the grill 30 minutes before) and they were served to us cold. After bringing up our dissatisfaction to the waiter, he sent his manager. The latter would not agree to give us fresh (hot) satay, but would rather reheat it on the grill. At that point, we were beyond angry but would be charged (oh yes) for the food either way.

After eating ‘warm’ satay, we left. Only to find out that they charged some of us for the glasses of water we had, as we waited and experienced the worst service in all of Malaysia. Possibly even...

Really terrible and it is sad cos the view was amazing! From the time we stepped in, we were completely ignored and none of the staff that were sitting idle bothered to tell us what to do. We didn't know if it was self service or table service, and when we tried to find out, two guys sitting inside the grill area nonchalantly told us to get the menu from the next counter.

We got the menus and sat down. Yet no one bothered. The worst part was, we saw that most of the staff behind the counter at the grill area were not wearing a face mask except for the guy at the grill seafood counter, which is a risk with the rising Covid numbers. One of the waiter was wearing a mask, but another waiter had his mask under his chin. Considering the ignorance and the lack of hygiene, we didn't even bother waiting to order and walked away.

Verdict: Will never ever step foot there again, no matter how gorgeous a view it was. Not...

If you're hungry and stumble upon this place, I beg you, turn away and eat somewhere else.

The food is why I rated this place 2 stars and not just 1 we had hot plate yee mee, Singapore mee hun, grilled chicken and the beef burger. And the ABC was terrible, only came with 3 red beans inside while on the menu its stated it comes with sweet corn, consol and gula melaka. It tasted more like sirap bandung with a scoop of ice cream.

However the big let down was the service. Not just slow but they seem not to care, one waiter didn't even bother to respond, just walked away, and honestly we should've...
