Kaw Kaw Curry Mee — Restaurant in Pahang

I ordered their signature curry mee. A large portion that includes, two fishballs, 5 slices of fishcake, 1 chicken drumette, dried beancurd skin (fucuk), beansprouts and long beans. The soup was perfect to my liking. Spicy, creamy and savoury; all basic flavours associated with curry mee are met. Not to mention the affordable price of 9.90 ringgit. Although the chicken was tender, personally I am not a fan of the chicken in my dish today as it had a gamey smell. They do have a seafood option; something I would try in my next visit. But hey, kaw kaw nailed the most important part of the dish (the soup) and that is all that matters. Other than the dish, the vibe of the restaurant is nice. It's calming and inviting. The staff are friendly and attentive too. So do drop by and have a try. Best of luck to Kaw...

Another brand new eatery in town. Simple yet complete typical local breakfast menu to choose, from curry noodles, clear soup noodles, nasi lemak, toast/steam bread.

Cashier was friendly and staff very attentive. Seat spacing were neat and comfortable although full house during our visit.

Comes to food review, personally tasted the curry broth is spicy enough but way too milky hence couldn't bring up the curry aroma. Shredded chicken hor fun is mediocre. Nasi lemak sambal is nice, fried chicken pieces is fresh too. For toast & steam bread, butter were not of premium butter and tasted more like marjerine.

Overall still a good start and hope improvements done to cater...

The tables in the middle no one sit on purely because our tea and coffee gone cold very quick. Right on full blast fan.

Coffee is strong. Though barely warm when it was served.

Have to send back my curry noodles. The chef forgot to put in the long beans. The broth no chilli kick. Very mild and milky with evaporate milk. They give a small piece of dry overcooked chicken wing 😂🤣😂🤣😂. Other places like hoyin give succulent chicken.

Expecting queue at the door to order food before goes in. Order at the door is not welcoming when the table before us took 10mins to order for 6. Slow and unpleasant.

Not good. Medíocre. Won’t come again. Not the curry...
